Statement from Charlotte Russell Contemporary: Charlotte Russell Contemporary is pleased to announce our upcoming exhibition In Proximity featuring two Raleigh-based artists: Peter Marin and Kelly Sheppard Murray. Working in different mediums, both artists draw on color, form, and structure.
I love a daily project! I have done daily projects for years in varied forms and different intervals and rules.
At the beginning of May, I took a selection of pieces to the NC Museum of Art Shop to be available for purchase for the next several months. There were 20 new pieces in a what is called the Emergent Series.
Through May 26 my work can be seen at Charlotte Russell Contemporary along with King Nobuyoshi Godwin, Rebecca Kaufman, Ethel Revita, Evelyn Reyes and Joy Tirade in the exhibition Art Ritual. The exhibition highlights the ways each of the includes artist incorporate ritual as an aspect of our varied art practices.
I am pleased to announce my exhibition at Charlotte Russell Contemporary in Raleigh’s Village District. The exhibition is from January 8 through March 26, 2021. The gallery is open Sunday through Friday 12-5 or by appointment.
